It’s pretty well known that potential homebuyers tend to have a difficult time seeing past the paint color, let alone your own personal decor. So, in order to sell your home quickly (and close to the price you’re asking), it’s crucial to stage your home in a way that allows for others to easily picture themselves living there. I’ve created this (free) printable checklist below, and hope it helps provide you a little bit of sanity as you hustle to get your home SOLD!
Shibori dyeing, to me, has always felt a little synonymous with summertime (probably because of all of the tie-dye I used to do as a kid during summer breaks). And while I have several shibori tea towels, and scarves that I've collected over the years, I had never actually dyed any of them myself. This summer I made it my mission to change that!

You guys! I just finished a Spruce for a vintage-inspired, multi-use entertainment space, and I couldn’t help but share the preliminary designs! This particular project was done for a couple of my dear friends, Maggie and Austen. Finding the perfect mailbox for your house is kind of like finding the perfect outfit for a job interview! Besides the landscaping, it is typically the first thing people see when they arrive at your home. So, my design goal for this project was to find a mailbox with a mix of modern and classic styles to perfectly complement my little 1957 ranch-style home.
